The chicken here is really good, and yes, that's a fairly accurate portrayal of average residents.
Forget riding motorcycles around town, they should have taken the half-mile elevator ride below the city and cruised these streets:

Those were the deepest limestone mines in the world at the time. There was talk about storing waste down there but too many people were against it thankfully. Not sure about cosworth parts, but various vehicles were taken down there to be assembled. Those vehicles were left down there when the mines were shut down.
