could be the new fpr was a never good but I'd check the timing. could also be a plugged cat but start simple.

I had this happen once before would start and run but not go anywhere.Replaced the wires plugs cap and rotor and then the fpr. Decided to check the timing, ended up th car jumped a tooth. Its easy enough to throw the light on give it a shot.

Welcome! I'd go the route of removing the false firewall and valve cover I am not much for cutting holes in anything especially if the car is clean.
